September Nominations
We want to thank all our Coordinators for taking the time to nominate over 800 students for the first month of the school year! We are so happy to see so many kids being recognized for choosing to do the right thing! Please note: The September nominations are still being processed. I will alert all Coordinators as to when they go out to school mail. We ask that you please be patient as we run with limited resources and try the best we can to expedite the process. As a reminder, please always expect your box by the 20th of the following month as on average it takes about a full month for the nomination process to be completed. We thank you for your patience and understanding!
October Deadline
The deadline to submit nominations for October is next Thursday 10/20! Please remind your teachers that all nominations must be at least 4 sentences or they will not be accepted.
Cell Phone Collection for Domestic Violence Awareness
In honor of October being Domestic Violence Awareness month, DTRT is once again collecting old cell phones for the Verizon Hopeline to help victims of domestic violence. Ms. O’Farril from the MDCPS Division of Student Services team has kindly offered to collect any old unused cell phones on our behalf at the October Professional Development sessions.
