Welcome back for the 2015-2016 school year!

We hope everyone had a wonderful and restful vacation!  Keep a look out for the brown tubes containing our new poster/calendar and other information which was sent out in mid August addressed to Principal/DTRT Coordinator!   In addition, you will receive another poster addressed directly to you, once you have registered.  The second poster should be sent out in the next couple of weeks.

DTRT Presentation:

If you would like Executive Director Jodi Atkison to do a brief presentation about the program to your teachers please click on the button on the bottom of the registration form indicating your request and we will contact you to schedule.  You can also send us an email with your request.  Once a request has been made via the Registration Form or by contacting our office, we will get in touch with you to schedule.

Poster/Calendar Facebook Contest:

This year’s new DTRT poster/calendar was sent in August to all schools to the attention of Principal/DTRT Coordinator and will be sent again once you register.  Keep an eye out for the brown tube containing your DTRT poster because we are bringing back the Facebook contest once again!  Anyone who takes a picture of their DTRT poster hung around their school and posts it on the DTRT Facebook page (search for Do The Right Thing of Miami, Inc.) will be entered into a drawing for a $50 Visa gift card.  The deadline to post your poster picture on our Facebook page is September 30, 2015.

Free DTRT T-Shirt!

All DTRT Coordinators who register for the program and have their teachers/staff submit at least one nomination by the first deadline of September 18th, will receive our signature “Keep Calm and Do The Right Thing” T-shirt in appreciation of your school’s participation.  This offer only applies for the month of September so take advantage!

First Nomination Deadline:

The first deadline to submit nominations is Friday, 9/18 by 5:00 pm.  To submit nominations, please click on the “Nominate Today” button. We are excited to hear about the great things your students do!  Nominations must be a MINIMUM OF 4 SENTENCES or they will be sent back. Maximum 15 nominations per school per month.
