Genesis Solis-Arriaza

A parent at Genesis’ school brought an issue to the teacher’s attention via email about inappropriate behavior amongst some classmates making several students very uncomfortable.  Genesis was brave and stood up for one of the students who was a victim of the inappropriate behavior.  Despite being in an age of trying to fit in, Genesis intervened for that student and even wrote a statement to the administration confirming the allegations in the email. Genesis displayed true courage and took action to ensure the wellbeing of her classmates.
