Jacob recently saved the life of an infant who had stopped breathing after choking on something. He noticed the mother run outside screaming for help. Jacob had just been trained in CPR and immediately took action. He turned the baby on his side and was able to get him to start breathing again. He then proceeded to call 911 and moments later police and an ambulance arrived to render aid to the child. If it were not for his quick and heroic actions, the baby may not have survived. At school, Jacob is a member of the Entertainment Technology Magnet Program and is a member of ASFI. Jacob is a great student whose quick actions saved a child’s life.
