Genesis Flores-Aranda

Genesis is very observant and pays attention to detail in and out of class activities. Recently, a student’s wallet went missing and could not be located until after some time when finally the wallet was returned to its owner. Upon further investigation, it was found that Genesis was aware of the student who had taken the wallet. She then took the initiative to constantly encourage the student to return the wallet, and because of her persistence, the student did just that and admitted to taking the wallet. This took courage and a strong sense of right and wrong, especially for a third grader risking being ridiculed. Despite this, Genesis knew that doing the right thing will always be the right thing to do.
