Paula and Sienna partnered with Lotus House, a shelter for homeless women and their children, for a project they called “Dress the Part” with the goal of helping homeless women enter the job market and provide a better life for their children. The project included collecting donations of professional women’s attire that the ladies at Lotus House could use to go to job interviews. Through their efforts, 300 women were provided professional attire in preparation to enter the job market. But Paula and Sienna didn’t stop there. They are also organizing 6 resume building workshops at Lotus House which include mock job interviews so the women are well prepared and make a good impression. These ladies also work with the children at Lotus House to help them with their school work and do arts and crafts. In addition to their project, both have excellent grades and leadership skills. Paula and Sienna are true role models dedicated to changing lives and making our community a better place for all.
