Favio Miranda

Recently, a fellow student in Favio’s class broke down due to other students bullying and verbally harassing her. The situation became so dire, the student expressed a desire to harm themselves as a result. Favio did not join the other students and instead became her defender. He made sure to take her to the counselor to seek help and stayed by her side until the student received the appropriate assistance. Afterwards, Favio continued to check on her to make sure she was ok after the incident. His empathy, maturity, and compassion exemplify what it means to do the right thing.
