December Nomination T-shirt Changes
Due to the supply shortage, for the month of December we are not able to provide students with youth large t-shirts. If you nominated a student with a youth large (extra small) t-shirt, it will be replaced with an adult small t-shirt.
Upcoming Nomination Deadline – Thursday, 1/20
Please keep in mind the following when nominating:
-All nominations must be AT LEAST 4 sentences.
-Each school is allowed up to 15 nominations per month.
-Please double check the name of the students when completing the form.
-Each student must have their own unique nomination unless it is a specific action done by a group.
-Students can only be nominated once per year

If you have NOT been receiving an emailed copy of the nomination form after submitting, please check your spam/ junk folder. If it is still not there, email or call our office and we will resend it to you.
