Congratulations to the November Top 10 winners! The ceremony was held on Thursday, December 19th at the Miami Police College Auditorium. Each Top 10 winner received a mini tablet, personalized plaque, a chocolate trophy, a DTRT T-shirt, a DTRT bumper sticker, a free pizza certificate, and tickets to various area attractions.
