Adrian Salazar

Adrian is not only an excellent student academically, but is also a great student all-around. He is part of the soccer team at his school and knows the importance of teamwork. Recently, two of his teammates were engaged in a physical altercation. Adrian immediately ran from the other side of the school to de-escalate the situation and stop the fight. He valued his teammates and did not want to see anyone get hurt. When asked about his choice to intervene, Adrian stated he felt it was his responsibility to take care of his teammates and not allow anyone to get hurt. By taking action to ensure the wellbeing of his peers, Adrian proved to be a true team player.
