Ashley Rodriguez

Sophia, Alexandrea, and Ashley came rushing to the counselor to report a disturbing post they saw on Snapchat regarding a school shooting planned to take place on that day.  These girls knew they needed to say something urgently and were visibly upset and concerned.  School Police was immediately notified of this threat which was to another middle school.  Thankfully, School Police was already aware and an investigation was already being conducted with extra police deployed at the mentioned school.  With their quick action, Sophia, Alexandra, and Ashley helped prevent a catastrophe and exemplified what the “See something, say something” campaign is all about.
