Aurora Dienstag

Aurora is a third-grade student who entered the Hospital Homebound Program in January due to undergoing medical treatment. Since then, she has demonstrated remarkable strength and perseverance during an incredibly challenging time in her life. Despite undergoing intensive treatments and experiencing frequent illness, she remains committed to her education and consistently puts forth her best effort, remaining an “A” student. Most recently, Aurora was informed that she would need to be hospitalized for several weeks to continue her treatment. Even with this overwhelming news and while feeling physically unwell, Aurora continues excelling in her exams, demonstrating her commitment to her academics. She is a role model to her peers, always supportive and engaged, even on her toughest days. Her resilience, dedication to academic excellence, and positive attitude are truly inspiring.
