Daniela Vera

Daniela is a great student who will be entering high school with 4 high school courses completed. Recently Daniela was faced with a difficult situation involving some of her friends who had begun using THC this school year. This made her uncomfortable and she decided to part ways with the group. Knowing this information weighed heavily on Daniela as she was worried that something might happen to one of her friends. She decided to speak with her Trust Counselor in the hopes of getting them help and immediate services and interventions were put in place for the students. Thanks to Daniela, these students are on their way to a healthier future. It takes courage to stand up and do what’s right and risk judgment. Despite this, Daniela is a strong young lady who committed to the see something, say something motto and ultimately did the right thing.
