David has previously required frequent redirection due to poor choices in the past. However, David has recently decided to turn things around and has demonstrated a significant positive change by making consistent efforts to make better decisions. Most notably, when he witnessed another student attempting to steal from a staff member, David intervened by confronting the student and explaining that the behavior was wrong and encouraging him to make a better choice. When the student did not respond, David took the initiative to report the incident to administration. This action reflects growth in his judgment, integrity, and willingness to continue on the path of doing the right thing.
