Elijah Altenor

Elijah had a rough start upon entering 6th grade, involving getting into altercations with other students. However, upon entering 7th grade and now in 8th, he has become a more mature student that has been focusing on football, his grades, and doing the right thing. Recently there were two separate incidents between students, both captured on video. In both situations the peacemaker and the student that stepped in to break up the fight was Elijah. While he could’ve done what the others did and take out his phone to record or stood there and watched, he instead chose to intervene, preventing further escalation. This is an example of a changed young man that has grown and chosen to Do The Right Thing.
