Giuliano did the right thing in a moment that truly mattered. While at home, Giuliano was contacted through Discord by a friend who was in need of urgent help as he was having suicidal thoughts. Recognizing the seriousness of the situation, Giuliano immediately went to his mother and shared what was happening. They then reached out to the Doral Police Department and provided the necessary information. Thanks to their quick and responsible actions, the police were able to arrive at the friend’s home, and the child was taken to receive the support he needed. Giuliano demonstrated care and courage and his decision to act responsibly and involve a trusted adult exemplifies maturity, empathy, and a strong sense of integrity.
