Gustavo Macias

Gustavo is an amazing child that demonstrated courage and honesty.
He demonstrated courage when he quickly went to get help from the
School Police Officer, when he noticed a classmate was choking on a
sandwich in the cafeteria. Thanks to Gustavo’s quick action, the
Officer was able to perform the Heimlich maneuver on the student
until nurses arrived. He also demonstrated honesty when he found
$30 on the floor of his Science class and turned it in to the teacher.
Gustavo is a student that truly knows what it means to do the right
thing.
