Jhoan Franco

Recently, a student in Jhoan’s class caused a small fire by putting a pencil into the charging port of a laptop. The laptop started smoking and small flames started coming out of it. Immediately and without hesitation, Jhoan grabbled the laptop and rushed it to the hallway away from the students in the class. The teacher rushed out when she realized what happened and was able to safely put out the fire. Jhoan did not hesitate to put himself at risk when deciding to take action and ultimately prevented a more serious incident from occurring. When asked about his quick thinking, he said that this had happened once in his prior school and because of this, he knew exactly what to do to ensure the safety of the other students. Jhoan demonstrated bravery and did not hesitate to jump into action, prioritizing the safety of his peers.
