Shayne Norestin

Shane found over $200.00 at school and then promptly went to the main office where he notified school staff. Thanks to Shayne’s honesty, citizenship and quick thinking, he was able to provide the necessary details to administration. Because Shayne was able to “Do The Right Thing”, the staff was able to then track down the individual who lost the money and return it. Shayne does the right thing on a daily basis. Whether helping classmates, sharing supplies, or offering to help teachers, everyone knows they can rely on Shayne. As such, he is a young role model to his peers and other students – both younger and older.
