Zachary Moore
Fifth Grade, Lorah Park Elementary
Recently during a school field trip, Zachary found a $100 bill wedged between a seat cushion on the bus. He promptly turned in the money to his teacher despite other students telling him to keep it. Despite the peer pressure, Zachary did not hesitate to do the right thing and turn in the money. The money belonged to one of the adult chaperones on the bus and thanks to Zachary’s honesty, the money was returned to its rightful owner. Zachary’s integrity was a shining example to everyone on the bus that day, both students and adults alike.
